Rotary Award for Excellence in Business Ethics

Project Overview

The Ethical Business Award is an initiative of The Rotary Club of Chatswood Sunrise. The inaugural award and the presentation dinner will be a joint venture of all three Rotary Clubs in the Willoughgy, NSW, Australia municipality. The Rotary Club of Chatswood, The Rotary Club of Chatswood Sunrise and The Rotary Club of Chatswood International.

Its aim is to recognise a business, company or organisation that practises a high standard of business ethics as outlined in the 4 Way Test. Which asks the following questions:-

Of the things we think, say or do

1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Who is eligible?

Any business or organisation that

• is located within the Municipalities of Willoughby, Lane Cove, North Sydney or Ku-ring-gai;
• is not owned, managed or licensed by a Rotarian.

How can I participate?

Nominations are invited from either the public or a member of Rotary. For information last year's nomination form is available for download
