Thank you for visiting our donations page. We greatly appreciate your assistance and donations in any kind are always welcome. If you aren't able to spend time working with us on projects then maybe you could consider a donation to help us help others.

Our Finance Administration

The Club operates two bank accounts – a general purpose account and a Benevolent Account. Funds raised for specific projects, including donations made through this website, are transacted through our Benevolent Account which is a Tax Deductible Gift Recipient. Both accounts are audited annually in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards by G.W. Sneddon, Chartered Accountant.

The Rotary Club of Chatswood Inc (ABN 46 220 463 207) operates in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 and the Associations Incorporation Act of NSW. The Rotary Club of Chatswood Inc is not registered for GST.

All donations made through this website are processed through PayWay and Westpac

All Transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

How is your money allocated?

Chatswood Rotary does not charge an administration fee on donations. PayWay deducts a fee of $0.88 for payments made from a bank account and $0.55 for payments made by credit or debit card. Westpac deducts a merchant fee of 0.95%. All remaining money goes directly to your nominated project.

We endeavour to keep this information up to date. PayWay may change the amount of their charges from time to time but the principle remains - no additional administration fee will be deducted from donations received through this website.

Refund Policy

Please check your donation amount carefully before you submit it. We do not usually give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. However should you make an inadvertent error with the amount of your donation, please contact us and we will be happy assist you obtain reimbursement.
