Pride of Workmanship

POWLogo

Pride of Workmanship was instigated in District 9680 (Northern region of Sydney) in 1975. The motto of the programme is
Do it once, Do it well, Build a better Australia. It is designed to acknowledge an employee who, in the eyes of their employer, displays outstanding qualities in terms of attitude, dedication and commitment to their job.

Pride of Workmanship is not a competition and there are no winners. It is a recognition by an employer of individual achievement.
